Formerly in a high position at the Chamber of Commerce, is now the President of BALM OF SOUL "Growing up with a wounded father caused internalized hurt during my childhood, and rebellion against his authority later on. That motivated me to excell in my studies, work and position, and they became my value and worth. I always had a high position in my work and thought that it was my value. Through BALM OF SOUL and other counseling schools that I have done in the USA , I got to know who I am, unloaded my wounds, forgave my dad, felt the Father Heart of God and His Unconditional Love in my heart. Consequently, I found my value, self worth and identity only in Him."
Note that all staff have been trained at BALM OF SOUL on the emotional and relational problems relevant to the Malagasy people, and the training is contextualized to the culture and mindset of the local people. Also, all of the full time staff is non salaried volunteer
